Epic II Apartments

The Barnum & Celillo Electric Multi-Family Division recently completed the Epic II Apartments with ZCON Builders. This state-of-the-art facility has 289 apartments in a 223,156 square foot building located in San Jose. Phase II includes a 2-level parking garage with 1-level located below ground, and all of the apartments above ground, creating the podium style construction. Before Phase II was completed, BCE began the Phase III of the Epic Apartment complex – creating the challenge of completing one phase while beginning the next.

Along with the challenging fast-paced schedule – this facility was built with a complete integrated systems package ranging from Fire Alarm, Security, Telephone Entry, Access Control, Wi-Fi Systems, 2-Way Area Refuge, 800 DAS Emergency Responder Systems, Car Chargers and Inverters were among a few of the complex systems that required close coordination.

With Phase II now complete and occupied, BCE has begun working on phase III with the same dynamic team.  More to follow about this unique project!
