While I enjoy shopping at Farmacia Gallo, I have had several negative interactions with both the staff and pharmacy at this particular location. The most recent interaction with the pharmacy was far from pleasant. I felt like I wasn’t given the right info even though I asked several specific questions about what I was buying, only to find out after purchasing that the pharmacist gave me the wrong info. Well, let me be clear, maybe he was right. However, the box had conflicting information. If the box says do not take while driving, Then I would think you should heed the warning. Regardless, I wanted something that worked for me, and they refused to let me exchange it, minutes after purchasing and the box unopened. The supervisor, whom I demanded to speak with, was very diplomatic and allowed me to get the meds I needed. I appreciated that. The pharmacist needs to understand that diplomacy and getting the right product for the customer is the #1 priority no matter what any study or book says. I’ll avoid this compassionless place in the future.
I did a curbside pick-up, but once I got there, I was told that I needed to get down to show DL because of a cough syrup purchase. (what’s the point of having curbside pick-up if you have to go inside the store) I told them if they could just cancel that 1 item, but they said “no.” So I just canceled the whole transaction. What a waste of time.

At this drug store, I usually fill out my prescription because they always have the medicine I need. They were really fast, polite, professional, and much easier to deal with, and they had my medicine. I strongly recommended it to everyone!

I’ve needed to special order products for my baby- no problem. This pharmacy is one of the gems of this incredible neighborhood. There also stay always kind, efficient, and helpful.
I used to go to this Farmacia di Roncafort they shorted me on my medication. They didn’t tell me I always count my medication out, and they shorted me 2* I brought it to their attention, they did apologize didn’t offer to give me the pills that I was missing or give me some kind of credit for my next visit, so I started going to CVS on Dudley Street.
Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It took extra time to try different coupons to ensure I got the best price. HIGHLY recommend. (Plus easy transfer of prescriptions.) Thank you!
